Upon graduating in 2017, from Maharishi International University majoring in Physiology and Health. Jordan continued furthering her interest in integrative medicine, combining both Allopathic medicine and Maharishi Ayurveda. In 2018, she became a certified Associate Teacher of Transcendental Meditation with The David Lynch Foundation. With the partnering help of The Chicago Crime lab, The University of Chicago and Becoming A Man non-profit, an implementation of the Quiet Time program was rolled into a school-wide practice of TM throughout Chicago’s; private, and public schools from grade school to University levels. These programs educate on the importance on sustaining a consciousness-based approach to health in American Public schools and the growing diversity in American culture. The David Lynch Foundation has wide-spread programs of the Quiet Time program throughout Northern America, England, Portugal, and South Americas for children of (C)PTSD environments.

Maharishi International University allowed her to dive into a consciousness-based education. A consciousness-based university structured for small class sizes, twice a day meditations, yoga teaching, student cultivated organic- Lacto vegetarian meals, and access to integrative medicine for personal development. MIU allowed for study, research, and experience of multi-modality approaches to develop a more significant potential on all levels of personal growth. MIU's approach to a consciousness-based education encompassed their integrative clinic, yoga courses, Transcendental Meditation, nutrition, Ayurveda, preventive medicine, and research exploring the development of total brain coherence (increased brain function).

During the last decade, she has explored and mastered a consciousness-based approach to health by completing Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine in Dec 2020. She has learned and explored many holistic techniques to self-development while maintaining education in Allopathic medicine with Maharishi Ayurveda. The time spent with our diverse global community allowed her to experience first-hand the importance of a cultured, highly educated practitioner with an awareness of alternative treatments. Jordan has produced Painthealth; as a means to introducing a vast field of alternative-science based approaches to eradicating imbalances that contribute to the degradation of performance, interpersonal growth and creative exploration of Self-discovery.
