Upon graduating in 2017 from Maharishi International University with a degree in Physiology and Health, Jordan Wallace continued expanding her studies in integrative medicine through the intersection of allopathic medicine, Maharishi Ayurveda, neuroscience, and consciousness-based health approaches.

In 2018, she became a certified Associate Teacher of Transcendental Meditation through the David Lynch Foundation. In collaboration with The Chicago Crime Lab, The University of Chicago, and the Becoming A Man (BAM) organization, she helped support the implementation of the Quiet Time Program throughout Chicago’s private and public school systems, from elementary to university levels. These initiatives emphasized the importance of consciousness-based education, stress reduction, cognitive development, and accessible wellness practices within diverse learning environments. The David Lynch Foundation has since expanded internationally, supporting communities and children affected by chronic stress and trauma-related conditions.

While attending Maharishi International University, Jordan experienced an education deeply rooted in consciousness-based learning and preventative health. The university’s structure integrated twice-daily meditation, yoga, organic lacto-vegetarian dining, integrative healthcare access, and small classroom environments designed to support both academic and personal development. Its curriculum explored preventive medicine, Ayurveda, nutrition, yoga, physiology, and research surrounding total brain coherence and enhanced cognitive functioning.

Over the past decade, Jordan has continued refining a multidimensional approach to health through advanced study in Maharishi Ayurveda and integrative medicine, completing her formal studies in December 2020. Her work remains grounded in both scientific understanding and deeper human awareness, emphasizing the relationship between the nervous system, digestion, emotional health, behavior, environment, and consciousness.

Through years of working within diverse communities and wellness-centered environments, she has witnessed the profound impact that culturally informed, well-educated practitioners can have when healing is approached through both evidence-based understanding and meaningful human connection.

Jordan founded PaintHealth as a modern wellness platform devoted to exploring science-based and integrative approaches to human health, performance, emotional well-being, and self-development. Her work bridges physiology, neuroscience, Ayurveda, lifestyle medicine, and consciousness-based practices to help individuals better understand the patterns influencing their health, relationships, creativity, and overall quality of life.
